12 debate groups have been formed as a part of debate competition, which was again part of wall paper/poster segment of activity. Each group comprised three students along with one teacher per institution. Among the 36 students, 14 were female and 22 were male. At first students of debate group as well as teacher of debate group were groomed by the selected local experts. In the grooming sessions, they came to know about the process of debate, marking system in debate competition and the method and skills of script writing The project team included the debate component in the project to increase the capacity of students for better understanding about the process of critical and logical thinking. The themes of debates were designed in line with the project objectives and activities.
