Three one-day combined training workshops for students, teachers and journalists were held in three Upazilas in January 2017. The sessions were intended to form common groups among the target groups and mentors for identifying the deliverables, organize teams, orient and help them build up a work plan to complete their tasks. Overall, 24 journalists, 24 teachers and 96 students participated in those training sessions. At the end of the training sessions, each mentor, both teachers and journalists, knew which set of students will work with them. Likewise, students also knew which group would use which media platform to carry out their assigned task. They were sensitized about the three formats, namely preparing wall papers and debates, writing articles for newspapers and hold discussions on them and participating in radio programmes in which they would participate as part of this project.
